More electricity issues.

So the electricity went off again today! I’m sitting at my blank computer, ear buds in, listening to a podcast.

Here are some ways my coworkers are dealing…

  • A few people went to lunch early, unwilling to wait out the outage.
  • A few little cliques have formed with people catching up on the latest events of their lives.
  • Several people are walking outside, taking advantage of this unseasonably warm day.
  • Some are calling family to catch up.
  • Many are sitting alone, tapping away on their phones (me).

It’s interesting to see how people react to situations like this. Once again, carry on.

Mt. Rushmore of opening TV title sequences

Me and Ol’ Greg made a podcast a few years ago about our Mt. Rushmore

of all-time TV opening title sequences. Here’s what I came up as my four…

  1. The Brady Bunch

This is the only one that was on both of our lists. I think we both watched this when we were younger.

2. Nip/Tuck

If I made the list again today, this would most likely be replaced. I still like it, though. It fits the theme of the show so well.

3. Dexter

Considering the content of the show, this intro is so clever. I feel so bad for that fruit.

4. The Simpsons

Of course I had to include The Simpsons. But it’s not just because it’s one of my favorite shows of all time. This intro is pure fun.

If you’re curious as to what G, came up with it was…

  1. The Brady Bunch
  2. Andy Griffith
  3. The Dukes of Hazard
  4. Cheers

One day, maybe I’ll gather enough courage to post our podcast. It was pretty awful!
